As someone who drives often and has a lot of upkeep with my car, I feel the most confident getting work done at Diesel Automotive. I actually drive about 30 min out to specifically take my car here because they’re the only ones I trust. They provide absolutely phenomenal service, and are extremely communicative which makes me feel taken care of and confident in the work done! You are guaranteed nothing but great service at Diesel Automotive. I also don’t drive a diesel, they can help anyone!! 😊⭐️

Was traveling through the area when our truck broke down. They were able to come pick us up and get us back on the road in no time. They did fantastic work and were great to work with. I highly recommend them if your in the area.

Went in to get a plow mount welded said 800-1000. Had my truck for two extra day because they said their welder broke. Bill at end was around 1300. Called again to have them check a no start.no call no show two days in a row.

I can’t recommend this shop. The least of the issues started right off. They were supposed to start on my truck “early in the week”. It was discussed to look at 2 other issues while the cab was off the day before I dropped it off. I dropped it off late the previous week so they could get on at as they were ready. It went in the shop some time Thursday and I didn’t hear anything by the following Tuesday so I called them and left a message. Got a call back that evening but wasn’t available so returned the call the next morning. No mention of the other issues so I asked again and he said he’d have them look into an oil leak. I didn’t even bring up the second issue again since I was loosing confidence at this point. Now for the bigger issue. I know I don’t have a perfect truck but I don’t expect to pick it up and find the cab was drug up across the bed cap. Side note, the truck was painted less than a year ago. When I complained about it I was met with “we’ve done a couple hundred of these jobs and none of them had caps.” I responded that even if that is fact, sliding a cap back a foot doesn’t really compare to the amount of work even the simplest job on a vehicle is. I was also told that they did the job cheaper than usual which I let him know I didn’t ask for that in any way and that’s not my fault. I just want quality work for a change and this is not the shop for that I guess. There was no offer of any kind to make it right in the end. They did change an oil pressure sender I’m assuming to fix the leak. It was never discussed before changing it so I have to wonder if it was broken while working on it which wouldn’t be a big deal, things happen. The leak is still there is why I wonder this. I’ve found some other things since bringing it home. A couple torched 1 year old body mount bushings and a ground wire off. Also, non working driving lights that did work prior to this debacle . They did tell me a couple body mount bolts broke, didn’t mention torching them off… Just the typical no communication or excuses when problems arise instead of owning it and making it right.

Great Service; our "go to mechanic"

Arrived unannounced at 0930 with my 08 Ram 3500. Had a vibration in the front end. Jon took some info. We went for a quick test drive, Jon diagnosed a bad left front wheel bearing. Part ordered and was ready for me when I got back to his shop with my 5th wheel. Yup in the middle of a big trip. He had me fixed and back on the road in no time. Fantastic find! If I lived locally, am a Canuck, I would take my truck no where else. Thanks Jon. Greatly appreciate the work!
