Wheeling Currency Exchange

Pase a comprar mi etiqueta de mi placa y por pagar con tarjeta de débito me cobraban 15 dl. Más son muy rateros. No les recomiendo ese lugar.. fuy a mount prospect y solo me cobraron 3 dolares mas mucha la diferencia .

People there are so helpful, especially “Mike” . Store was actually closed but he still helped to get my things done. I appreciate their customer service. Please visit their business and help them to grow.

Came in to register a motorcycle, was told we do not do that after 6:30 pm. She checked the title and told me it will be $750.00. Called the next place and asked they told me $546.00. Will never come in there again they set there prices as they like. Worst place ever.

went in to exchange USD for CAD, the exchange rate given to me by them was $1 USD for every $1 CAD. I gave the employee $500 USD and they exchanged it for $450 CAD! Including their fee which was 10%. I went back and got my USD back but I want to warn others of my experience and to always check what they say against the actual exchange rate. For reference, the exchange rate now is $1 USD to $1.35 CAD. I also got lots of attitude from the employee when I was just trying to be kind and understand why… def a scam.

I wish I would have read the reviews before entering when I told her I wanted to get plates and registration on a 20 year old car she looked me dead in the eye and said $800 spent a little time with the bump and run at DMV but was able to wrap it up for about $500.00. Remember the closest full service DMV is in Lake Zurich on rand as I see it she saved me about $300.00 thanks wheeling currency you deserve that one star

Rude, dishonest and mean. They overcharged me 150$ for plates registration. DMV has the price at $380. They took $530 for the same service and don't give receipt. When i asked why the cost is so high the lady gave me false number for the tax that cook county charges and claimed her fee is only $100. She gave no receipt which is illegal from what i know and now the metal plates are taking over a month to get in. They told me 2-3 weeks at the time. After i spoke to them 1 month later it comes out it could take 2months since they collect a bunch of title transfers and one of them goes to the DMV to get the plates at ones..... my advise, avoid at all cost!
