I had a fantastic experience with Ebikes Hawaii. I bought a used ebike I'm using to transport my surfboard. They went out of their way to help me get the surf rack installed (required some figuring due to the shape of my bike frame) and were overall very responsive and helpful at every turn. I got good value on my bike, they made it easy for me, and were generous with their time. I highly recommend and will definitely return.

I brought my e-bike for service and was disappointed by the overall experience. My bike was with them for over 7 weeks, and during that time I received no meaningful updates or communication. I had to follow up, and in the end, I was surprised to get a message demanding that I pick up the bike by a certain date or incur a storage fee-which felt both unprofessional and frustrating after such a long delay with no outreach. The shop has a good selection, but customer service and communication needs serious improvement. I hope they work on this, because timely service and respect for the customer's time are just as important as technical expertise.

Best bike shop on the island. Great customer service most of the time. They have the best selection of e-bikes, friendly sales staff, and the best bike mechanics on the island.I've spent over $19,000 on the store for 2 e-bikes, accessories, services etc since April 2021, the most I've ever spent on any business that isn't groceries. I wish they were open 7 days a week, open longer hours. Communication is great sometimes. Other times we've had misunderstandings. They deserve 4.75 stars, or 9.5 out of 10. However given that's not an option, I prefer to round up. Overall a great local business, speaking as a local small business myself

Bought my cube e-bike here and have been returning to get flat tires fixed, upgraded to tubeless tires and scheduled maintenance. Friendly fast service. Would be nice if you guys would carry more bikes, like specialized and trek.

$5400 for a Lemon - After spending $5400 on a Sur Ron Light Bee X at eBikes Hawaii, I was left stranded with a dead battery and abysmal customer service. While the bike was initially fantastic, the battery failed after only 600 miles. eBikes Hawaii misdiagnosed the problem, charged me $30 for a fix that did not work, then gave me the runaround for four months while trying to claim the warranty. They ultimately offered no solution except to buy a new battery with 20% less range at an exorbitant price - 2000$. Despite numerous visits and calls, they failed to provide support or follow through with promised repairs. I urge anyone considering buying an eBike to look elsewhere. eBikes Hawaii's high prices, poor warranty support, and lack of customer service make them an unreliable choice. I bought my E-bike from its first owner last year, but there were a few things that needed fixing. I finally brought it to this shop, where the original owner bought it, and had them replaced the computer/display and give her a tuneup. Now she runs and looks better than ever, and I was blown away by how fair they were with their pricing! Whether you're looking for a new E-bike or just want to make the one you have better, this is the place to go!

Shipping E-bikes can be the first problem you have to solve if you buy a bike on another island or have to ship to the mainland. Ryan and Brendon have a great boxing and shipping service at a super fair price. They will package, box and drop your ride at the port. Great service!

Excellent local shop! I'm very happy that Ebikes Hawaii is the local Aventon dealer. I picked up a new Sinch from them and couldn't be more satisfied. There were some delays related to the industry shortages and shipping problems, but I was kept up to date and as soon as they got my bike, I was notified promptly. They also arranged for some Aventon accessories that aren't listed on their website! The guys at the shop installed my rear rack and fenders before I even arrived and I'm definitely grateful for that; I hit a few puddles on the way home that. Check out was smooth: Ryan and Roy had me up and rolling out the door lickety split. Thanks, guys!!
