Our realtor was Nate Woodall and he was an absolutely fantastic realtor to work with. My wife and I were first-time home buyers and he helped walk us through the process, what to look out for, and so much more. He worked with our schedule, made himself available to answer questions regardless of nights or weekends, and fought very hard to get the most out of our offer during the home purchasing process. We got so much more for our money than we'd have ever thought we would. Lastly, his contacts were top-notch, getting us in touch with local lenders that provided very competitive rates that we struggled to find matches for when looking on our own, a great home inspector that did a thorough job of the inspection, and much more. He was fantastic through every step of the process and highly recommend Nate to anyone looking to buy a home in the Huntsville area.

Will never again work with these people. Rented a roach infested house to me and house is extremely dirty on arrival. 4-5 days into the house there were many roaches found. Pictures to prove. They requested I provide my own pest control per lease. The realtor and owner refused to own up to the roach infestation and gas lighted me. Trying to make me and my family remain in this infestation. Stay away from Ells Rd, Kristin and Anita!

Kristin Milam, our property manager for mom's rental house is fantastic! She is very professional, prompt and incredibly helpful when any maintenance type issues arise with our property.
